Film Music Table for Two (2007) This was a student film I scored with a real orchestra in 2007. The basic plot is about a young, adopted woman who receives a letter from her "real" dad saying that he wants to meet her at a cafe. As she waits, she draws and her memories of the things her adoptive (dream) dad taught her about drawing intervene. The animation itself moves between cartoon (day dream sequences) and a more "realistic" animation. This film was entirely post-scored, using themes written by myself, and Evan Wise (who scored the other 5 cues in the film). To sync to the edited film, my cues have many meter changes, but relatively few tempo changes. One cue (1M6) is only 29 bars long, but has 21 meter changes. |
